Macro to Extract Names

Hi all,

I am trying to create a macro that will search a column and provide the first and last name. There are various name formats for this column but I do have the list of names that I am searching for. I have created a macro that can search for the last name and provide the full name a column to the right. However, I would like to be able to search the cell based on both the first name and last name as there are a few in individuals with the same last or first names. Attached is the macro that I have put together with a very basic example. Any help is much appreciated!
