Consolidating and reducing code

Good Morning Guys

I'm currently working on a userform to input information, its going to be rather large as it will consist off 15 rows of 11 cells

This is the code I've put together for the 15 Combo Boxes to enable them to show the same list.

Apart from the box name the code is the same for each, is there a way to consolidate the code to enable each box to show the information
