I want a macro that copies the whole content (only content) of all mails put in the folder - Mobile, and pastes each mail in separate worksheets. The Macro should open a specific excel file - path defined by me (.xlsm), insert as many new sheets in the workbook as there are mails, and copy each mail into a new worksheet.

Also, can there be an internal check to ignore the mails once processed, from being processed again if macro is run again for the same folder.
