Remove File Menu using Custom UI Editor

Hello friends, want to remove the File menu from my sheet using custom UI editor,

anyone can help with this please?

Dont want to go through the options menu to customize ribbon

Am creating an exe from excel so would like to have only my tabs

then just use hide ribbon?
