Save As to a Specific Location and Name from Specific Cell Macro when clicking on a Shape

    Sorry for the mouthful Title...

What I am hoping to do is have a Macro 'linked' to a shape in a sheet that will do the following:
    1. Save As
    2. Save to a specific location (on a public drive)
    3. Save name taken from a Concatenation of multiple cells
    4. Close file
All when clicking on a shape in the sheet.

I do not have any VBA knowledge and minimal Macro experience.

This will be a file that operators input (via RF Scanners) serial numbers into and it gets saved. I would like this to be simple for them...enter name and date here, click this shape to go to this tab (I have this done), scan these serials and when finished click this 'shape' to save as and close.

We are running Excel 2010 and 2007.

Thank you in advance for any help.

You're really asking for a solution to be designed, tested and implemented ... without providing an awful lot of detail, or sharing what you have done so far.

You may want to consider buying points and posting your question in the Commercial Services Forum.
