Can't exit design mode because control cmdhelp can't be created -Error

I am using excel 2007 and getting this error message.

Can't exit design mode because control cmdhelp can't be created.

I have attached printscreen and template.

I had the same problem, and that post fixed it. (That's how I found your question. It was a fairly recent question, with no answers, so I figured I'd give it a shot.)

Your file opens fine for me. I can go in and out of design mode. No errors.

Hi Narendra,

In Developer Tab (google if this tab is not available) > Check if Design Mode (just right of the Insert Button) is activated or not.. If design mode is activated / enable.. disable by clicking on it.. and then try again..
