Can I create excel based web crawler

Hello Folks,

If column A contains list of URLs to be crawled and B1 cell contains one specific URL. can I check link availability of URL mentioned in B1 cell against all URLs mentioned in A column? Basically I want detail of linked page with anchor.

i.e. http://www.crawlability.com/vbseo/ is linked from the footer of this site. So if I add random pages' URL of this website in column A and "crawlability.com" in cell B1. then C column should return linked page (http://www.crawlability.com/vbseo/) and column d should return "vBSEO".

I need it to analyze thousands of data. does it look feasible or should I go for any web based solutions?
