Please give me the VB macro coding for excel:???

    Dear Sir / Madam,
Please give me the VB macro coding for excel:

To calculate average in a particular column for every 100 values in some other column? pls give me the complete coding ....
Like there are two columns namely TT(TEMPEARATURE TIME) and WATER SUPPLY DEMAND.
when TT column increases for every 100 values (ie., 100, 200, 300, 400,.... so on), I need the average of WATERSD to be calculated at that 100th value.. please give me the complete coding.... as soon as possible, I need it very urgently...

More clearly... see in this whenever the TT value is reaching approx. to 100 then the average of water SD has to be calculated at that value… for example, TT approx. reaches 100 at 13th row, now at this row the average of waterSD has to be calculated… then again at 20th row when TT is Approx reaches next 100th value i.e., 200… now at this row the average of water SD has to be calculated… likewise for every 100 increase in TT column, the average of Water SD has to be calculated.( and not at 100th row as in the prev code)..
It would be highly helpful for me, if u can modify the code and give me.. pls do help me … I had also attached the excel file for your kind reference and perusal...
