CSV import issue, Urgent help.

Here is a screenshot. Its just a snapshot after an import of csv file to a excel template file. Everything comes out correct and in proper position except these text(as seen in image). If you look in this picture, Production volume, has to be in the middle column C and D as it is in original file, and its also correctly positioned in csv. But when I import it moves the text like that. Similarly, in row14 column B, Actual text is figures for next 7 days which has to be in the center as it is in original file which I copied before importing csv here.

Why it could be? and how this problem can be resolved?

My settings when I import are, (mentioned in the sequence of events)
Delimited,
Start Import row 1, File origin. 437 United States,
Delimiter, Comma (only).. Nothing at all selected.
Column data format General (for all columns),
Import Data properties, Checked ones Save query Preserve cell formatting (As I have template, which has rows with diff colors) Overwrite cells
