Project numbers existing out of multiple formats

Hi all,

This is the first time i need to ask a question as normally i know my way around in excel.

I want to auto generate project numbers in userform which look like this :

1. Company name is always the same
2. year needs to change according to the year we live
3. month also according to the month we live
4. LK needs to be combobox style as we have many branches
5. auto add up numbers

I don't even know if this is possible, but if so please help me out.

Also if possible the project number should be visible in the userform already.

This is working for me, the only thing i miss is high lighted.

What i can not figure out is the following : How to add data from a combobox on position ( 1 )
And how to auto add up numbers on position ( 2 )
