move down x cells and then delete repeat

Good Afternoon

What I am tryong to do is for example

Start from row 49
select the next 10 rows
miss out the next 3 rows and then on the 4th row select the next 10 rows and repeat this down.
and then all the highlited rows I want to delete


my data has about 2300 rows in it so would save alot of time

any help would be very appreciated
