Hi Everyone,
So im currently making a macro for a spreadsheet that is constantly updated all day and at the end of the day i filter by todays date and anything on it that matches the filter i need to copy over to another spreadsheet.
Now this is very simple however how would i tell excel to select the entire range for the filtered results? as in, due to the filter there are rows missing and the rows of data will change everytime and not always start at the same row..
Using VBA if i select the entire range and copy/paste will it also paste the hidden rows? i have a feeling it may
The above works however i dont want to use that because sometimes the people filling out the spreadsheets dont always remember to put something in and there for the number of times to xlDown or xlToRight isnt really known thats why id rather select a range.
