Extracting data from a sheet

I have an Excel sheet containing multiple components in database format.
<date begin><date_end><Station><Component><Value><Validation><Status1><Status2>

The components are:
buitendruk
PM2.5
stab
temp_btn
vol_norm
vol_oper
I want to extract the values for the different components in different places on other sheets.
What should i do?
I tried the autofilter option but that is not my solution.
I would like for instance the month and day of date_end with the value of temp_btn in different cells in another sheet.
The same goes for PM2.5 and stab.

Please try to use pivottable and sheet 4 at attached file.

I have tried to use pivottables and advanced filtering but I can't extract the specific data in the wanted format.
I would like the values to be in the format:
<month_day_end><day_day_end><temp_btn>etc.
