Help: want to create a software .exe

Hi. I don't know is it right place or not. I would like to build a software with VB code for data entry with simple user form.(without setup installtion). What are the software I require? MS visual basic is ok? Or any other?

I think you're barking up the wrong tree asking here, but yes, you'd need something like Visual Studio - there's a free version called VS Express for desktop that should get you going. As for language, you're probably best off with C#, but that's really up to you
