Autofilter Dates Issue

Hi,

If I click "Run Me", this code should run :-

Using the dates on the spreadsheet, I would expect my data to be filtered to 01/01/2012 (1st January 2012). However, the filtering is not working.

I believe that due to regional issues, I need to format the date differently, which I was able to do when I was storing the dates as variables, and then converting them. However, as above, I'm now taking the dates from a range ("A1:A3"), so I'm not sure how to resolve the dates issue, whilst using my code above to filter.

Any help would be gratefully received.
