Create a macro that dynamically computes two tabs in excel and generates the third tab

please help with a macro program,
please refer the attached excel with 3 tabs.

Need to dynamically generate tab 3.
tab 1 and 2 can grow dynamically.

1. Tab 1 and 2 are Master data.
2. Tab 3 (Total Effort Data_Calculated) is completely dynamic and is refreshed while clicking the macro button from tab 1 and 2
3. Tab 1 (Standard Estimates )and 2 (Deliverables) form the content for Tab 3(Total effort data calculated),data is pulled in from tab 1 and 2 and forms row in tab 3 based on Deliverable type field as connector between tab1 and 2
4. Tab 1 and 2 are Master data.
5. Tab 2 (Deliverables) can have multiple items of same deliverabe type.
6. No of rows in tab 3 depends on -- no of resources(BA Normal,BA Core ----values without 0) in tab 1
7. Data calculated for columns from < 5/08/13 to 30/12/13 is calculated based on Resource effort in tab 1 multiplied by % amount in Tab 2
