Refresh data connections with delay via macro

I have seen threads about refreshing all connections.

But I'm looking for a way to refresh them with a delay between each, as I don't want to put too much demand on the server. There are about 16 data connections to do. I'd prefer it to be an on-demand thing, rather than upon-file-open.

I have a bit of experience with macros and the vba editor.

No replies? I thought this would be an easy one to solve.
