Can't pull someone's lunch and break at a given time

Team, Is there a Macro that can be used to display someone who is on lunch at a given time?. I am working on an adherence tracker which has a live view so the Manager on duty can look and see who is on lunch at 2:00 pm. I've attached the sheet. There are 49 persons and I want the the live view sheet to display who is on lunch or break at either 2:00pm or 3:00pm. I was trying to use a vlookup but somehow its not working. Help!!!! anyone.
