How to add ABS Formula with Iferror and Vlookup

Dear Sir,

Kindly find attached Excel Sheet in which I have written a program in VBA with the Help of Excel Forum.

The following are my problem

1) IF I'm doing any thing In Sheet 2 it still not allowing me to do CTRL + Z
2) I have four to five rows continuously which I want to copy from Sheet 2 To sheet 1 at the same time. (Formula is correct for the same)
3) Excel taking too much time for opening after VBA adding.

I have marked yellow for problem areas.

Please reply me as it is littlie bit urgent to me and more over I could not to use Vlookup formula.
