macro for selecting several cells that are not next to each other

Hey!!!! Can somebody please help me, I have been working on a macro for excel and all I need to finish it is for it to select the cell in column C and in Column D and the row will depend on where the active cell is located, for example: if my active cell is H11, then I need the macro to select Cell C11 and D11 (maybe cell F11 but not quite sure about that one yet), this macro will run right after I hit Enter and it will create an e-mail to send the cells to a person.

I hope I have explained my self properly and that someone can help me.....
