Stopwatch triggered by a changing value in a cell

Hi folks,

I am trying to put together a macro that will run a stopwatch that is triggered by a cell value. I have come across many macros for the same that are triggered by button but i dnt have enough expertise to convert those codes to be triggered by a changin value in a cell. Could you folks please help me out with this?

to be triggered by a button, you can usually use something like:

to trigger the macro by a cell change, change A1 to the cell you want it to be triggered by and place the worksheet change macro in the worksheet object, not a standard module.
