Auto populate data from Sheet1 to Sheet2

Dear Friends,

I am totally new to VBA and somehow wrote the following code to auto-populate in the same sheet(Sheet1).. Can any1 let me know how do i modify or write a program

to auto populate to Sheet2 from Sheet1..Thankyou
