Question My form looks great! I even figured out sending email with a submit button!!! HELP!!!

But... when the form is filled out and the submit button is pressed all I get is an email, no form no info no attachment. SO I basically know someone has filled a form, but I haven't a clue what they wrote or how to retrieve it!

I am pretty sure whatever I am doing wrong (or not doing) is obvious enough one of the experts (maybe even an amature) could point and laugh at me for not knowing.

Thank you for any help in advance!

And yes I am a noob and not afraid to show it

As you say adding an attachment to or including data in an email should be straightforward.

It really depends on what you actually want to do.

Can we see what you have so far?
If posting code please use code tags, see here.

So what exactly do you want to go in the email, or be attached to it?

So I basically need all the answers provided in the form to be compiled somehow and emailed for a review.

By the way thank you for your responses!!

I am trying to understand this with the limited knowledge I have, which as you see is next to none! I was pretty proud of myself for getting this far on my own... until of course reality kicked in and I realized I may have bitten off more then I can chew!
