Transpose Multiple Rows to Columns

Can anyone help with the below requirements for an MS Excel macro?

This is my first post and I will endeavour to enter details correctly.


I want to transpose a multi-row (maximum of 6 rows per project (tasks/milestones Start/Finish dates) format to a single row (12 date columns)per project, format.

I have trawled the forum for a solution and have found some similar macros, but have found nothing which I can modify to suit my requirementsTranspose.PNGTranspose.xls

The Transpose.png shows the original formatted data at the top, with the required output at the bottom.

I have uploaded 'Transpose' Excel 2003 workbook with sample of original output and required output.

There may be blanks for dates in the original format and these 'blanks' should be replicated appropriately on the required output
