    Print Rows On Diffrent Sheets

Hello everyone I have the code to print every row on separate sheets, but I need to print certain cells not the entire row. Also how can I get it to print automatically one I enter the information in the correct columns and go to the next row?

Is what I'm wanting to do impossible? With all the experts I read helping others and some of it being complex I know someone knows how to do what I'm trying to achieve. Please help!

Re: Print Rows On Diffrent Sheets

Why don't you tell us specifically what cells in the worksheet you want to print. Are they contiguous? Perhaps a sample worksheet highlighting what you are looking to do. Your current request is to vague to offer up a viable response.

Read this on how to attach a worksheet.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Re: Print Rows On Diffrent Sheets

Thank you alansidman for your reply to the problem that I'm having I would like to apologize to all with out being more clear on what I'm trying to accomplish. Here is a sample of what I'm working on and trying to accomplish with the correct code.
    Attachment 271644

Its just a mock up of what I'm trying to accomplish, but there could be up to 50 rows scanned in and I only want certain columns to print. I would like for the header in row one to print with the required cells. I was wondering if its possible for the information I want on sheet1 to copy on sheet2 with cell A2, B2, C2, etc. to contain the information I want from sheet one for example:
    demo2.jpg

Then be able to print each row separate with the header included on sheet two. Is it possible for a print command to be automatic once it's copied in sheet two so I don't have to manually print each row?
Thanks you again for all your help and again I apologize for not being more clear.

Re: Print Rows On Diffrent Sheets

The simple answer is yes. What logic would determine which rows would be copied to a new sheet and then printed. Would there be some characteristic in one of the columns that if was true in a row, then it would be identified to be copied for printing. Please tell us your logic in plain language how you would determine which rows to print.

Re: Print Rows On Diffrent Sheets

Thank you alansidman for your response and answering my question. I uploaded a new picture with sheet two on the left and sheet 1 on the right. The cells in red with the word no is what I don't want to bring to sheet two. The printing will come from sheet two with the header in row one to be printed with each row that is printed. I will be scan QR codes and I have vb code embedded inside each QR code and when I scan the code it will insert information I need in cells and tab over the ones I don't want information in on sheet one. After the information is put in the row I want to take certain cells of that row and copy them to sheet 2.

Example if your looking at the picture Sheet1 A2 will copy to sheet Sheet2 A2; Sheet1 B2 will copy to sheet Sheet2 B2; Sheet1 C2 will copy to Sheet2 C2; Sheet1 E2 will copy to Sheet2 D2; Sheet1 G2 will copy to Sheet2 E2; Sheet1 I2 will copy to Sheet2 F2; Sheet1 K2 will copy to Sheet2 G2; Sheet1 L2 will copy to Sheet2 H2; Sheet1 O2 will copy to Sheet2 I2. This would happen for each row on sheet one and then copy onto sheet two. I scan information in on row two of Sheet1 it copies to row two on Sheet2, I scan information in on row three of Sheet1 it copies to row three on Sheet2, I scan information in on row four of Sheet1 it copies to row four on Sheet2, etc, etc.

I can scan up to fifty codes or more on Sheet1 and I want the information on sheet one to stay in the correct columns and copy over the information I need to print on Sheet2 and after it copies over the information the row it just made on Sheet2 prints that row of information with the header that is in row one. My scans will always start in row 2 A2, when the scan is complete it will automatically put the courser in row 3 A3, scan again it goes to row 4 A4 etc, etc. If you need anything else please let me know.

I am unable to view your attachment. Suggest you upload an actual spreadsheet so that it can be tested accurately. Pictures generally mean that those willing to help need to re-create your spreadsheet. This is a distraction to helping.
