Automatically assign unique ID from other sheet and check.

Hi,

i have one sheet name "Cubaan" which transfer all data to data.xlsx. Theres one particular data(C3) which must be unique ID(no condition for it). I have create a new sheet call "MIRNmasterdata" which holds the unique ID and its status.If the status is yes, C3 will look for empty status cells.
What I want to do is that C3 needs to be automatically assigned itself from MIRNmasterdata. Then when transfer to data.xlsx it must check the data.xlsx if have same id.

Or is there other idea for this unique id i am working with.

how about create a list down from MIRNmasterdata sheet but only list which its status is NOT "use".
