Stop carriage return being enetered after bookmark is populated from excel wb to word doc.

Hi all,
I have been working on a script that codes a command button on a worksheet that opens a word template which has bookmarks saved in a crucial places. The code is working well, but the issue I have is that when the bookmarks are populate a carriage return is generated which throws off all my formatting and pushes the lower bookmarks out of line and adds an unwanted new page.

I know this is an excel forum and the issue is on the word report, but the code is written in excel VBE so a solution that stays with this code would be best as the finished product will not be used by me, so I wanted to keep things as simple as possible for it's users.

I have been banging my head up against a wall for the past few days and have come up with nothing workable.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
