Save & Close excel file if ideal for 20 min and also save & close at certain times

I am trying to see if excel file cab be :
1. Save & close with prompt if ideal for 20 min
I have certain codes but they dont work on both conditions..... I did try my best.
AND also

At times 05:00AM, 12:30PM, 22:00PM, 23:30PM

It must save all data and close.

Bit confused
