Hi,
Sometime I use VBA to copy and paste text to a blank cell or update override a cell value
pending on the value from validation list. I know how to do with regular letters, but not
special character and symbol such as checkmark, arrows, etc.
Is there a way to do in VBA and function? Attached is file hope that will to explain my need.

No VBA is needed. You can create Conditional Formatting rules that use a different font in that cell based on the current value of the cell.

Problem I have with conditional formatting is the font style and size were grey out.
How to turn on both? If it will be VBA, I like to have the ability to change font style
and size.
