Sports Ranking System

So I have a ping pong league and we would like to create a ranking system. I have the basic format set up but I would like to find a formula that will take a player current ranking points subtract another players current ranking points. I also would like it to recognize the names of the players in the match instead of having to put them in every time. So it needs to associate the players name with their ranking points. spl.xlsx I attached my spreadsheet so far.

Basically if one player has a rating of 1600 i want to be able to associate that rating score with his name. Is this possible??
