Combining Duplicate Rows and Seperating Data with Commas

I have a list of 7000+ rows, and columns A through H. Column A contains full names and B : H has other unique information, sometimes blanks. Usually where there are 2 duplicate names, for example A2 and A3, A2 has data in columns B - E and then A3 has data in F - H. But where they both have different data, I want it put together and separated by a comma.

EX:
A B C
2 Z Y
2 L
2 A
3 D K
4 Y Y
4 M

Would become:
A B C
2 Z, A Y, L
3 D K
4 Y Y, M
