Change color of ellipse on userform

I have an image om my userform and when I click on it, it draws a circle on the position I clicked. But it only draws the circle in white and I want to be able to draw it in red. Can anyone help me?

However I couldn't get it to work like they say it. Eventually I found what worked for me by mixing the best of several sources together and adapting to my needs. I will share my piece of code with the community, who knows someday it may help someone else.

PS my version is 64 bit so just remove the PtrSafe for 32 bit systems.
