Loop for Unique Numbers but Several Cells?

Hi!

I don't know quite how to explain this...

I need to make a loop for this:

I need my code to do a process using each "Num".

Each Num will enter the white letters in the system.

I don't know how to make him do Process 1 and then jump to Process 2 according to the each Num.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed.
