Value cell change color in userform

Hello all,

It Is possible when the value in cell N2 is Yes that the textbox in the userform will be green en when the value in cell N2 is NO that the color of the textbox in the userform is red?

You can add the following code to the userform's Initialize event. Right-click the UserForm in the VBA Editor screen and select View Code. Copy/paste the following:
