    vba problem copy paste and email

    can anybody Please help with the problem I have - I have got the work book to run fine it does what I wanted but now I have to send a copy via e-mail but I don't want to send all the work book just the copyreport sheet. (I have added some sample data to the form (if you click the enter the sheet will transfer info over if this happens just put any info in it)) is it possible to select the 'copyreport' sheet - open a new work book - remove sheet 2 and 3 - paste the info into sheet 1 - then save the new work book as the date(this will the date the report was raised) - then e-mail the new work off - then close the new work book. I know this is a big ask so any help would be much appreciated....

    hello raveed sorry about the confusion got it working now - next problem is - if I send 2 over on the same day it wants to over right the first one sent is there a way of doing it but give each copyreport a unique name or number ?

    now try this updated sheet.

    just open the workbook & press Alt+F11 and goto Module 1 & change the Mail id to whom you want to send at red line

    what actually my macro will do is which i provide you the file is.

    first it will copy the data to database sheet next at the same it will copy to copyreport sheet and then next it will copy copyreport sheet to new workbook and it will give name to that workbook as "Copy Report" and it will a send a mail after sent mail that file will delete automatically...

    now you tell me you want to make copy of file whenever u will send a mail ?
