Except for table cells, Word documents do not have rows. Please clarify your requirements, including:
• what you want to copy;
• what the destination is (e.g. a separate new workbook for each document; a separate new worksheet in the same workbook for each document; a separate worksheet for each 'row' (whatever that is), with each document's content split across the multiple worksheets, whether the data are to be arranged by columns or by rows, etc, etc).

Every document have ref. no. date, company name and subject. I want to copy those only into new excel file for register purpose.
Thanks lot.
Please Read my last post again. When you fully describe your requirements, I might be inclined to help. So far you haven't come close to doing so.
I need Macros VBA for multiple word documents (in the folder) to Excel new file. Every documents has Ref. No. xxxxxxxx/3434/hr, Date: 12/12/14, company name: ABCD, Subject is Clarification. (not table).
I needed in excel Every row has Column A1 – Ref. No. Column B1 – Date, Column C1 – Company Name, Column D1-Subject, etc for the next.
Thanks.
You still haven't said how the document is structured, that is, where in the document these items are to be found. As I said at the outset, your reference to 'rows' in Word is meaningless unless those data are in a Word table.
Perhaps the simplest way for you to answer this is to attach a document to a post with some representative data. You can do this via the paperclip symbol on the 'Go Advanced' tab.
