additional value to a cell based on criteria from another cell

Hi, In the attached sample I'm looking for a code that will add a value of '60' to all the cells in column 'F' that have a value greater than '29' in column 'J'

I've tried to do this using a macro but because the row items vary on a regular basis i cannot get it to work consistently.
