Question Printing Macro for multiple pages

    Morning all,

I've looked everywhere for an answer, without any joy.

Ive got a worksheet that i need to print from that has the possibility of going over onto 1,2 or 3 pages. It's a display sheet linking to a changeable range, so the data has the possibility of going onto 2 or 3 pages.

I've currently got it set to print out all 3 pages, which is causing a lot of blank paper. Is it possible for a macro to change the page breaks dependant on the data range (If data goes onto page 2 - page breaks change and print page 1&2, if data is only on page 1 - it only prints page 1)

    Thanks in advance!

Re: Printing Macro for multiple pages

    Hi

    Try something like this

First create a named range, MyNamedRange: (Assuming your table begins at $A$1 and your table has headers)

    Formula: copy to clipboard

Then just execute a line of VBA:
