Pivot Table Autorefresh!!

Hi All,

I work in HR and have a nice raw data set that I have to treat and display as ergonomically as possible. To be able to do this I have taken my raw data and created a pivot table. This pivot table is the source for another sheet that conducts a VLOOKUP for specific data data sets so that it may be compared to a grand total and see the effect each smaller data set has on that total.

To make things easier, I have inserted segments.

That VLOOKUP sheet is the base data for another pivot table, that includes calculated fields needed to asses the weight of each indicator against the whole. I would like this last pivot table to refresh automatically whenever I click on a segment that is linked to the first pivot table and thus automatically changes the VLOOKUP sheet on which the last pivot is based.

I've tried several maccros but none of them work. The best one I've found only updates my pivot when I go to another sheet and then back. I'm sure this must be possible. I've joined a simplified version of what I'm trying to do.
