copy formula and the conditional formatting to the last row of data

Have searched and can't seem to find the right code...

I need VBA code to copy the formula and the conditional formatting from 'H2' to the last row of data..... I have a simple template that will have new data 'copied in' each month and the amount of rows will invariably change...

If you use the Table Feature in Excel, you r requirement will automatically be fulfilled.
