Lightbulb Creating a Workbook Progress Map

    Hi All,

    Given:
    • A workbook with several (over 25) worksheets & even more macros.
    • A user will be required to make some data entries, insert photos etc.. & then run a particular macro specific to that worksheet data.
    • This is to be repeated on almost all worksheets, & the end result is a well formatted final report.
    • It is just like a mini-project. Some macros have predecessor macros, some have successor macros, most have both.
    • All macros have conditions to check whether or not all prerequisites (i.e. predecessor macros) have been completed, or else prompt the user to do them first.
    • Different users maybe responsible for data entries in different worksheet.

    Problem:
I'm looking to create a "Workbook Progress Map" so as to show the user(s) exactly where they are, and what should they work on next. Ideally, I would like to represent it in some graphical form (like using shapes/pictures), that makes it easy for the user to follow. So how do I create such a pictorial "Gantt Chart" in excel?

Any ideas (or better still, a sample if a GURU has already done something similar)!

    Warm regards,
    Jewel
