Toggle Button for Stopwatch

I have the code below for creating a stopwatch in excel. I was trying to see if there is a way to change this code to assign it to a toggle button so if you hit one part the stopwatch would start and then the other it would stop. I appreciate the help!

    Oh! AND (I almost forgot)

Your post does not comply with Rule 3 of our Forum RULES. Use code tags around code.

    Posting code between
Please Login or Register to view this content.
tags makes your code much easier to read and copy for testing, it also maintains VBA formatting.

Highlight your code and click the # icon at the top of your post window. More information about these and other tags can be found here

Thanks for the help! And I adjusted my original post. The code worked great! One more question. Is there a way to have the toggle button have the word "START" on it before it is clicked and then when clicked it changes to "STOP" and when that is clicked it goes back to "START"?
