SUMIFS formula not returning values (Mac IOS)

Hi there -

I am running Excel version 14.5.2, running on Mac IOS. I have received a spreadsheet containing a SUMIFS formula, which should return values but does not when I open this file (other colleagues using PC do not have this issue).

I have checked my settings and can confirm that the automatic calculation setting is on.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?

I know there are some formulas that don't work on MACs, but I don't think this is one of them.

Could it be something else? Is the SUMIFS formula referring to a named range for example!
