How do I clear blank cells and move the rest of the values up?

    How do I clear blank cells and move the rest of the values up?

    So, I want all the values in these cells to move up when I clear cells.

    Like this:

    When I delete the "Joe" row:

    The rest of the values should move up:

    9fb18459fe93e9e87dba336e2fbc8eaa.png


    How do I do this?

    In Google Sheets menu Edit->Delete Row
