Mass Hyperlinking to Specific Cells

I am needing to create hyperlinks on the "Semester 1" sheet to look up students based on their on/off-track status on the "Credits" sheet. I need the data on the "Semester 1" sheet to reflect if they are on or off-track based off of the data on the "Credits" sheet in column T, but I also want it to be hyperlink to that specific cell as well. That way I can click on the On-Track or Off-Track status on the "Semester 1" sheet and it will bring me to that specific student information on the "Credit" sheet. I have previously got this formula =HYPERLINK("#'Credits'!" & ADDRESS(MATCH($A3, Credits!$A:$A, 0), 20), VLOOKUP(A3, Credits!A:T, 20, 0)), but it does not work in google sheets. I have attached a sample sheet and it would only let me upload as an excel document, but if any one could help me with a formula that will work in GOOGLE SHEETS that would be amazing. Thank you very much.

I tried to the best of my ability and was not successful. Do you have any suggestions?
