Formula Parse #Error! - Excel file converted to Google Sheets

Hello,

I'm trying to convert an excel sheet to a google sheet. Everything works fine except apart from 2 automated leader boards I have. I didn't create the formula so I have no idea how it works!

When in google sheets the cells show up as #Error! Formula Parse Error

I've read that the #ERROR! means that Google Sheets can’t understand the formula that's been entered, because it can’t parse the formula to execute it.
As I have no idea how the formula works I have no idea how to check through it so it can be recognised by Google Sheets,

I have attached a sample excel sheet with details on the formula and to show that it works in Excel.
Cells highlighted in "Overall" are the issue cells.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
