Google Sheets - VLOOKUP to Show No. Of Entries and Latest Entry

Hello all. I have a task that I know will involve a VLOOKUP formula but I'm not sure how to approach it.

In my data sample there 3 websites (red, green & blue) and 5 emails (john, jane, jimbo, peter & lisa).
All 5 emails are registered on the 3 different websites totalling to 15 profiles (Profiles sheet).

I then have an Orders sheet which lists orders - the website names and email addresses on the orders.

On my Profiles sheet I have added 2 additional columns: Entries and Latest Entry.

I would like Entries to total the number of times that profile appears on Orders (email and website column match) and Latest Entry to show only the latest order.

EXAMPLE

John Red - (Red Website, [email protected])

John Red has featured 3 times on Orders:

Therefore, his Profiles columns should look like this:

If any new orders are added to the Orders sheet, I'd need these columns to update automatically.
