Google sheets / excel =query does not contain formula

I have a Google sheets that pulls data in from a Json. I am trying to execute a query to pull data from specific column to put into a separate tab on the same google sheet.

TAB DRAFTKINGS has all the DATA

I need to focus on COL: G, I, J K

The Rows im trying to pull into a new tab should NOT contain " + / - " <---- any of those characters

I have a formula made to pull the rows that have "Points" in the row

For the life of me i can't get it to pull does not contain + - /

any help would be appreciated
