Google sheets formula help

I'm new to the forum apologies if I'm posting incorrectly

I need help using 2 search queries with vlookup on sheets. The formula is incorrect as it not returning what i want. Please advise. Thanks

First, I'm going to ask you to update your title. It's too generic, and should tell us something about your specific question. I would have changed it myself, because you are new, but I can't figure out what your question is.

The formula is incorrect as it not returning what i want

It does not help us to see a formula that doesn't return what you want, unless you tell us what you do want. Please describe what you want the formula to do and give specific examples of data and results.

Note that OR is a Boolean function so A17 and B17 should have Boolean values, and OR($A17,B$17) will return either TRUE or FALSE. I do not know what values are in the array you are doing the lookup, so I don't know if you're doing this deliberately.

It would be idea if you could share a link to your Google Sheet.
