Hello. I'm new to this forum. I tried all of the solution to this problem but it keeps me giving a unusual result. Is there something wrong with my formula?
=SUMPRODUCT(SUBTOTAL(103,OFFSET('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J,ROW('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J)-MIN(ROW('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J)),0))*('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J="PAID"))
I need to know how many has paid in my filtered data. When I use this sort of formula the result is way off.
I hope someone will help me. Thanks!

I tried this formula but it also counted the hidden cells.
=SUMPRODUCT(('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J="PAID")*(SUBTOTAL(103,OFFSET('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3,ROW('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J)-MIN(ROW('REINSPECTION W/ OVR'!J3:J)),0))))
We might have a better understanding of what you want if we could see a sample workbook.
Instructions are given in the "HOW TO ATTACH YOUR SAMPLE WORKBOOK" banner at the top of the page.
Note that most contributors use Excel so converting the google sheets workbook to Excel would be even better.

Hello. I will update this post to "solved" because I already figured out the problem.
